The PCEA conducts activities for young
people at the local, regional and national level.
- Sunday Schools operate in each Church centre. Children of school
age learn to read and understand the Bible and praise the Lord
in song.
- The Lighthouse Club runs for primary school children and is
held at the PCEA church hall, 115 Mt Druitt Road, Mt Druitt every
Friday from 4-6pm during school terms. Children enjoy outdoor
and indoor games, singing, craft, Bible stories and lessons. A
snack is provided. Attendance is free and open to all children
from the Mt Druitt district.
- A children's camp is held over the October long weekend at a
country camp site.
- A youth camp is conducted each year over the ANZAC long weekend.
- A youth magazine Run for Glory is published by the PCEA
monthly. Young people can read and contribute articles of interest
and learning. A Bible correspondence course is available for children
through this magazine.
